I'm Priyanka Dalwadi Marks, an independent consultant and entrepreneur in Washington, DC. Professionally I go by Priyanka Marks. Before my marriage I was Priyanka Dalwadi, and plenty of people still know me by that name.

Since 2015 I have run my own practice, Marks Consulting, LLC. Before that I spent five years in advisory consulting at Protiviti, MorganFranklin Consulting, and Deloitte. In 2023 I started a second venture, Miela&Co.

My background spans finance, consulting for business and government, and entrepreneurship. The work I find most useful is translating complicated ideas into clear, human-centered narratives: the kind that hold up in a boardroom and still make sense to everyone else. I look for the root causes of systemic inefficiency and build solutions that align stakeholder interests with sustainable growth. Most of my client relationships have lasted for years, and that is the measure I care about.
